The PFC Wichren Sandanski ( Bulgarian .: Вихрен Сандански) is a Bulgarian football club from Sandanski . The club plays in the third highest division in Bulgaria , the W Grupa . The club colors are green and white.
General
The association was founded on May 24, 1925. Previously the club had the following names: Ustrem, Gotse Delchev, Yane and Cherveno zname Sandanski. Since the 2005/06 season, the club played in the top Bulgarian league, A Grupa . In season 2008/09 the re-descent followed. The home of the club is the Sandanski Stadium, which can seat 6,000 people. The current main sponsor is the Thorn Spring water company , the supplier is the textile manufacturer Nike .
