Wiebke Putz-Osterloh

Wiebke Putz-Osterloh (born June 9, 1946 in Holle ) is a German psychologist . Until her retirement in 2011 she taught at the University of Bayreuth , where she held the chair for psychology . She was Vice President of the University of Bayreuth. In 2011 she was a member of the Commission for Self-Regulation in Science , which examined the plagiarism allegations against Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg .
