Cover design

The album cover shows Al-Gear surrounded by three men, some of them masked, pointing guns at him. He holds a knife to a woman's throat and a man crawls next to him, whom he holds on a leash. This man is supposed to portray the rapper Firuz K, who was formerly a label colleague of Al-Gear and with whom he has now fallen out. At the top of the picture are the words Milfhunter Records presented in white and Al • Gear in black, while the title Once again accused is in the lower part of the picture. A block of flats can be seen in the background.
