Wigand Witting (born February 26, 1942 ) is a German artist. Wigand Witting lives with the actress Angela Winkler in France and Berlin and is the father of four children.

Witting studied sculpture and architecture and created several fountains and sculptures in public spaces. These include, for example, the "Dragon Fountain " on Berlin's Oranienplatz , the Pamukkale in Görlitzer Park (Berlin) and the fountain on Lutherplatz (Berlin-Spandau).

Witting worked as an actor in the Günter Grass film adaptation The Tin Drum , the political thriller In the Sign of the Cross and in the television film Luftwaffe Helper .
