Viktor Arkadjewitsch Tjulkin ( Russian Виктор Аркадьевич Тюлькин ; born May 14, 1951 in Vladivostok ) is a Russian communist politician.

Life

From 1968 to 1974 he studied at the Leningrad Mechanical Institute and graduated as an engineer. In 1974 he worked in a Leningrad factory, and in 1980 became head of the technical department of a factory for research and production association. Tjulkin is chairman of the Russian Communist Workers' Party - Revolutionary Party of Communists (RKAP-RPK). He was elected to the Duma in 2003 on the list of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) following an agreement with them. However, he remained a member of the RKAP-RPK.

Tjulkin is the author of numerous political articles. He is married and has two sons.
