Viktorija Jurijivna Ptaschnyk (born January 1, 1983 in Kiev ) is a Ukrainian lawyer and politician of the Samopomitsch party .

Ptaschnyk studied until 2006 at the Law Faculty, specializing in law at the National Taras Shevchenko University in Kiev and then worked as a lawyer. In September 2013 she became a co-founder and partner of a law firm. In 2014 she became a member of the newly founded, liberal self-help party and ran for a seat in the Ukrainian parliament in the 2014 parliamentary elections in Ukraine . After her party won 34 seats in parliament with 10.97% of the vote, she has been a member of the Verkhovna Rada since November 27, 2014 , including in the Economic Policy Committee. On August 31, 2015, she was expelled from the “self-help” group.

She lives in Kiev, is married to a lawyer and has one son.
