The Bend game reserve was opened in 1975 and extends over 7 hectares in the forest area between Erft and the motorway in Grevenbroich .

The sponsorship is taken over by the Schutzgemeinschaft Deutscher Wald , the city of Grevenbroich takes over the feed costs.

The game enclosure is particularly suitable for children and the disabled: animals can be fed and petted on the fence. There is also a petting zoo and play equipment. The forest paths are accessible with a wheelchair.

The game reserve is open to the public free of charge all year round.

In addition to picnic tables, a bookable barbecue hut is available. Guided tours and teaching events are possible.
