Wilfred Mwalawanda
Wilfred Mwalawanda ( Wilfred Mwalawanda Ngwenya; * December 20, 1944 ) is a former Malawian decathlete and javelin thrower .
In 1970 he was fifth in the javelin throw at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh .
At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he came in 22nd place in the decathlon with his personal best of 6154 points.
