Wilhelm Opatz

Wilhelm Edward Opatz (* 1962 ) is a German graphic artist and architecture critic .

Life

After studying interior design at the Wiesbaden University of Applied Sciences , Opatz worked in renowned advertising agencies (including Ogilvy & Mather, Lintas: Frankfurt, GGK) and founded the graphic design office Opatz Kommunikation in 1997 with his wife Natalie Opatz .

Recently he became famous as the editor and co-author of works on the architecture of Frankfurt, which u. a. published by Verlag Niggli and Junius Verlag and mostly deals with forgotten buildings by well-known architects.
