Wilhelm Otto Cornelius Alexander von Ulrich
Wilhelm Otto Cornelius Alexander von Ulrich (born October 10, 1810 in Waimastfer (Livonia), † October 16, 1891 in Kedder (Estonia)) was a Russian officer, governor of Baltic German descent and owner of the Keddar estate.

His parents were the captain Cornelius Eduard von Ulrich from the house of Wahhenorm (Livonia) and his wife Friederike Elisabeth von Bock .
Life
He attended grammar school in Dorpat and then the engineering school in St. Petersburg. In 1829 he went into the Russian service and was from 1855 to 1856 inspector of the surveying of state lands. He was promoted to major general in 1857, lieutenant general in 1864 and ultimately general of the infantry. From 1859 to 1868 he was governor of Estonia .
He married Margaretha (Meta) von Essen , the heiress of Kedder , on September 26, 1859 in Reval .
