Wilhelm Reuscher (born September 21, 1953 in Schweinfurt ) is a German politician ( FDP ). From 2009 to 2013 he was a member of the Hessian state parliament .

Life

Reuscher did an apprenticeship as an electrician . After graduating from high school, he studied communications engineering and then worked as a communications engineer at Deutsche Telekom .

politics

Reuscher joined the FDP in 1993 and became a city councilor in Dieburg's city ​​parliament in 1997 . In 1999 he was a candidate for the mayor's office of the FDP for Dieburg, but was not elected. Since 2001 he has been chairman of the FDP parliamentary group in Dieburg. In all state elections since 2003 he ran in the constituency of Darmstadt-Dieburg II (constituency 52) in vain as a direct candidate for the FDP. In the state elections in Hesse in 2009 , he was elected to the Hessian parliament via the state list.
