Wilhelm "Willy" Schelter (born December 14, 1924 in Bremen ; † May 4, 1987 in Bremen) was a German politician from Bremen ( SPD ) and a member of the Bremen citizenship .
biography
education and profession
As the successor to Arnold Thill (SPD), Schelter was parliamentary group secretary of the SPD parliamentary group in Bremen from 1960 to 1979, followed by Manfred Mayer-Schwinkendorf (SPD) in this function.
politics
Schelter was a member of the SPD in Bremen.
From 1959 to 1975 he was a member of the Bremen citizenship for 16 years and was active in various deputations and committees of the citizenship. Schelter was also mentioned in 1969 in the context of the Hollerland affair around the SPD parliamentary group leader Richard Boljahn and the real estate agent Lohmann.
