Wilhelm Schröder (born February 4, 1865 in Bremen , † September 17, 1957 in Bremen) was a member of the Bremen Parliament ( SPD ).

biography

Schröder attended elementary school and learned the profession of painter and varnisher . From 1904 to 1914 he worked as an employee of the painters' association in Bremen. Then he worked again as a painter.

Schröder became a member of the SPD and he was a member of the union. From 1887 he was a shop steward and a member of the board of the painters 'association and the branch of the painters and varnishers' association in Bremen. In the party he took on various functions.

In the 14th to 16th electoral term from 1908 to 1918 he was a member of the Bremen citizenship and after the First World War in 1919/1920 a member of the Bremen constituent assembly .
