Wilhelm of Farabel
Wilhelm von Farabel ( French Guilliaume de Farabel , † after 1282) was Lord of Le Puy and constable of the County of Tripoli .
He was the son of Johann von Farabel and Maria von Le Puy. When his father died, no later than 1277, he inherited the castle and lordship of Le Puy, which came from his mother's inheritance. He also became constable of Tripoli in 1277 at the latest.
As early as 1278, he finally lost his rule when it was conquered by the Egyptian Mamluks .
He was last mentioned in a document in 1282 as a constable of Tripoli.
He was married to Alix von Batrun, daughter of Jacob von Batrun and Clarence von Hazart. He had three children with Alix:
