Rationale: There is not a single remarkable building on the street to point out. Everything in the article is the start and end point, cross streets and the bus route there. The history of the street consists only of the naming of earlier street names. Wilhelmsmühlenweg

The Wilhelmsmühlenweg is a street in the Berlin district of Marzahn-Hellersdorf and connects the districts of Mahlsdorf and Kaulsdorf .

Naming

The Wilhelmsmühlenweg is named after an old steam mill owned by the local miller Wilhelm. This was in operation until after the First World War .

The Wilhelmsmühlenweg was created in Kaulsdorf from part of Friedrichstraße and Straße 27, which already had the unofficial name Wilhelmsmühlenweg, and from Voigtstraße in Mahlsdorf.

The Wilhelmsmühlen runs from west to east with a length of 1.8 kilometers from Heinrich-Grüber-Platz in Kaulsdorf ( Lage ) to Hönower Straße in Mahlsdorf ( Lage ).

Myslowitzer Weg, Franzburger Straße, Pölitzer Straße, Stepenitzer Weg, Straße Am Kornfeld, Gielsdorfer Straße, Neuenhagener Straße and Waldowstraße go from west to east from Wilhelmsmühlenweg.

Public transport

In addition to private transport, the Wilhelmsmühlenweg is used by the BVG bus line 195.
