William Bluske Castellanos

William Bluske Castellanos (* 1928 in Tarija ; † 2005 ) was a Bolivian politician and diplomat .

Life

William Bluske Castellanos was Senator of the Movimiento Nacionalista Revolucionario for the Tarija Department from 1979 to 1980 . On August 4, 1981, at the time of Luis García Meza Tejada's coup , he was Lidia Gueiler Tejada's ambassador in Madrid .

He was a potter and prefect of the Tarija department. His book Subdesarrollo Y Felicidad is considered the Vademecum of the Tarija Department.
