William Cumiskey

William Cumiskey is an Irish politician of the Irish Labor Party .

He was a member of Dublin City Council since 1967 for the constituency of North Inner City . As a member of the city council Cumiskey held the office of Lord Mayor of Dublin from June 18, 1979 to the end of June 1980 .

In his election as Lord Mayor, he was able to prevail with 27 votes against Eugene Timmons , who received 13 votes, and Seán Dublin Bay Rockall Loftus , who received 4 votes.

Cumiskey is married and has one daughter.
