Williamson Ridge is a low, snowy mountain ridge in Marie Byrd Land, West Antarctica . With a length of 16 km and a width between 3 and 8 km it forms the western branch of Toney Mountain .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1976 after Paul R. Williamson (* 1939), ionospheric physicist at Byrd Station in the Antarctic summer months between 1967 and 1968 and between 1969 and 1970.
