Willy HA Pieper (born July 9, 1911 , † after 1951) was a Swiss regatta sailor .
biography
Pieper took part in the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin and 1952 in Helsinki . At the 1936 regatta in Kiel, he finished eighth with the O-dinghy . In 1952 in the Finn Dinghy he was thirteenth.
