Willy Schagen (born November 4, 1925 in Amsterdam ) is a former Dutch boxer and light heavyweight champion (professionals).

He grew up in Amsterdam and initially boxed as an amateur. He lost only 16 out of 100 fights. On January 15, 1949 he made his professional debut in Amsterdam, which he won against his compatriot Graafland by knocking out in the 4th round. After 22 professional fights, he got the chance to box on July 26, 1952 in Berlin against the German champion Conny Rux for the vacant European championship title in the light heavyweight division. He lost this fight by knocking out in the 12th round.

The Dutch championship had Schagen won on March 23, 1950 by a point victory over Pierre Doorenbosch. On February 18, 1953, he lost this title to Wim Snoek , but won it again on November 6, 1956 against Pedro Klyssens. Leen Jansen then finally took this title from him on November 17, 1958. Willy Schagen played his last fight on October 6, 1960.
