The Wilson Stream is a meltwater river in the northwest of the Antarctic Ross Island , which flows in a westerly direction from the western slopes of Mount Bird south of Alexander Hill over steep cliffs to Wohlschlag Bay .

It was mapped by participants in the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1958–1959). The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it after the New Zealand climber JG Wilson, a participant in the expedition.
