The Alexander Hill is a 220 m high hill with a seaward kliff like structure on the Antarctic Ross Island . It is located south of Harrison Stream and Cinder Hill on the lower ice-free western slopes of Mount Bird .
It was mapped as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1958–1959). The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the hill after the New Zealand geodesist Bruce Neill Alexander, who participated in the expedition.
