Coordinates: 26 ° 35 ′  S , 120 ° 13 ′  E The Shire of Wiluna is a local government area (LGA) in the Australian state of Western Australia . The area is 182,156 km² and has about 750 inhabitants (2016).

Wiluna is located in the center of the state about 700 to 1200 kilometers northeast of the capital Perth . The headquarters of the Shire Council is located in the village of Wiluna, where about 235 residents live (2016).

The Wiluna Council has seven members. They are elected by all residents of the LGA. Wiluna is not divided into districts. The Council Chairman and Shire President are also recruited from among the Councilor.
