history
Wincasa was founded in 1999 as a subsidiary of the Credit Suisse Group . It emerged from the merger of the real estate department of what was then Winterthur Insurance and the activities of Real Estate Asset Management at Credit Suisse. In October 2012, Wincasa was taken over by the real estate investment company Swiss Prime Site .

In the area of management, Wincasa has 68,000 managed apartments and 7 million managed office and commercial spaces (m²). Wincasa offers its management services to companies and institutional investors. They include increasing returns and property value, tenant support, building and operating cost management, property maintenance, living with services / living in old age and the management of sophisticated special properties.
In the area of center management and mixed-use site management, Wincasa manages 1,500,000 m² of shopping and retail space.
