history

Wincasa was founded in 1999 as a subsidiary of the Credit Suisse Group . It emerged from the merger of the real estate department of what was then Winterthur Insurance and the activities of Real Estate Asset Management at Credit Suisse. In October 2012, Wincasa was taken over by the real estate investment company Swiss Prime Site .
