Wincenty Elsner

Wincenty Aleksander Elsner (* 1955 ) is a Polish politician of the Ruch Palikota ( Palikot movement ).

Wincenty Elsner studied at the Technical University of Breslau ( Politechnika Wrocławska ) at the chair for technical cybernetics. He then worked as a computer scientist at the Wroclaw Medical Academy and the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business . 1980 to 1981 as well as underground during the war , Wincenty Elsner was a member of Solidarność . Later he went into business for himself with a company for the production of technical devices, was an employee of the Polmed cooperative and has been running the Info Media company for several years, which provides printing and Internet services.

In the 2011 parliamentary elections , he stood for the Ruch Palikota and was able to win a seat for the Sejm with 15,969 votes in constituency 3 Wrocław ( Breslau ) .

Wincenty Elsner is married and has three children.
