Window Iceland (literally translated from English window Island ) is an island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located on the west side of the entrance to Barclay Bay off the north coast of Livingston Island .
British sealer captain George Powell mapped them and named them descriptively in the years between 1820 and 1822.
