The Windy Nunatak ( English ; Polish Wietrzny Nunatak , 'Windy Nunatak' ) is a small nunatak in the Arctowski Mountains of King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises south of Rose Peak .

Polish scientists named it in 1981 after the weather conditions that participants of the Polish Antarctic expedition, which ran from 1979 to 1980, came across here.
