Winrich Carl-Wilhelm Clasen

Winrich Carl-Wilhelm Clasen (born November 25, 1955 in Hamburg ) is a German publisher, editor and author. Since 2015 he has been writing detective novels under the pseudonym Paul Schaffrath .

Life

Clasen studied Romance studies , history, art history and Protestant theology at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn . Since 1979 he has headed the cmz publishing house, which he founded . Clasen is a member of the Rhenish Association for the Preservation of Monuments and the crime authors' association Das Syndikat .
