Witzlebensmühle is a former mill and part of the town of Höchstädt in the Fichtel Mountains in the Wunsiedel district in the Fichtel Mountains .
The desert is a good one and a half kilometers southwest of the Höchstädter town center. Rügersgrün is still one kilometer to the west . The Bibersbach flows past Witzlebensmühle.
The settlement is named after Gangolf von Witzleben, whose family belonged to the Oberhöchstädter Rittergut from 1589 to 1644. Witzleben Mill was rebuilt around 1678.
