Vladimir Basarow (born September 30, 1971 ) is a Kazakh summer biathlete in the cross-country style.
Vladimir Basarow started at the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2006 in Ufa , where he finished 24th in the sprint and 25th in the pursuit. At the Open Asian Summer Biathlon Championships in 2008 in Cholponata , he finished seventh in the individual competition. With 13 penalties he was almost ten minutes behind the also Kazakh winner Ruslan Nasirov .
