The residential and commercial building Borsbergstrasse 19 in Dresden is a listed four-storey corner house that was built in 1900 within a closed residential and commercial development. The sandstone- clad facade was sparingly decorated with late Gothic and Art Nouveau architectural decorations. The facade facing Borsbergstrasse has a front length of eight window axes, of which loggia-like balconies attached to the side take up one axis and a bay window with a spire at the corner also takes up one axis.
