Settlement of the building cooperative in Radebeul

The housing cooperative in Radebeul is a cooperative housing estate from the 1920s and 1930s, designed by the architect Max Czopka . It is located in the Radebeul district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . Most of the houses in the settlement now belong to the Radebeul e. G. Most of them were modernized in the 2010s.

Some of the housing estates are now listed as individual monuments for the exact address . These have the addresses An der Siedlung 6 and 8, Barthübelstrasse 1/3, Birkenstrasse 2 and 13, Dresdner Strasse 87/89 and Dresdner Strasse 97/99 and Gartenstrasse 23. There are also the rear buildings of Gartenstrasse 23 and 51 and An der Siedlung 8th.

Other settlement houses were also under monument protection until the 2000s. These are the six-family dwelling at Gartenstrasse 51 and the structurally identical housing developments at Gartenstrasse 53/55, 57/59 and Trachauer Strasse 24/26, 28/30, 32/34.
