The residential building Khreschtschatyk 13 ( Ukrainian Будинок на Хрещатику, 13 Budynok na Khreschtschatyku 13 ) is a centrally located, cityscape-defining building on the corner of Khreschatyk / Majdan Nesaleschnosti in the center of the Ukrainian capital Kiev .

The residential building, which was built between 1950 and 1951, was the first post-war building in the city center and was built by the architects A. Vlasov, Anatolij Dobrowolskyj and Boris Prijmak in the style of Soviet retropivism . The eight-storey structure has a tower with a point. Ledges, balconies and the skylights adorned with high gables are decorated with baroque figures and bizarre décor that stand out against the ceramic-tiled facade.

The house was inhabited by famous personalities of science and culture. In 1989 a bronze plaque with a bas-relief of the portrait of the architect Anatoly Dobrowolskyj was placed on one of the pillars of the building. There are retail stores on the ground floor of the building.
