History and description

The half-timbered building was built around 1820. The single-storey, gable-free half-timbered building has a gable roof covered with beaver tail . The building with an undisturbed, regular framework is now partially plastered . The framework is still clearly visible at the front.

Monument protection

As a type of small farmer - arable citizen - or migrant house , the modest little half-timbered house represents the way of living of the lower rural population in the early 19th century . For architectural and city history reasons, the building is a cultural monument .
