The detached, two-storey half - timbered house typical of the region is located on Polschebockstrasse, which once separated the town from Hünerdorf . It was built around 1800 and stands next to the former Calvörde ice cellar . The building has a billet-hipped roof . One of the gable ends is still clad with jamb. The building shapes the street scene.
