The residential building Richard-Wagner-Straße 3 is located in Bremen , Schwachhausen district, Bürgerpark district. The house was built in 1882 according to plans by Diedrich Tölken. It has been a listed building in Bremen since 1986 .

The two-storey, plastered house with basement , gable roof and a portico was built in 1882 in the era of historicism, predominantly in the classicism style as a Bremen house .
Today (2018) the house is used by apartments.
