Wolfgang Buschmann (politician)

Wolfgang Buschmann (born September 28, 1960 in Kiel ) is a German administrative lawyer and politician ( independent ). Since May 2012 he has been the district administrator of the Schleswig-Flensburg district .

Life

Buschmann has a doctorate in law and worked as an assistant at a chair for public law at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel .

On December 21, 2011, the non-party Bushman was elected as the new district administrator by the Schleswig-Flensburg district council with 29 of the 56 votes. He took office on May 23, 2012, replacing Bogislav-Tessen von Gerlach . Before being elected district administrator, Bushmann was mayor of Harrislee parish for 19 years . The new mayor of Harrislee was the non-party Martin Ellermann.

Bushman is married and has three children.
