Wolfgang Liemberger

Wolfgang Liemberger (* 1972 in Mödling ) is an Austrian screenwriter and film director .

Life

Wolfgang Liemberger first studied medicine and then switched to studying journalism . From 1997 to 2002 he learned directing and scriptwriting at the Vienna Film School . His graduation film was The Lost Child . Liemberger worked from 1998 to 2003, partly at the same time as his training at the film school, as a tutor at the Journalism Institute of the University of Vienna . He worked in film productions as a screenwriter and director as well as in other functions.

Liemberger is a member of the Academy of Austrian Films .
