Cloud is a German band from Cologne .
The characteristic of their music is the comparatively little technical effort with which it is operated. Oliver Minck's singing is only accompanied by bass , piano and rhythm machine.
For the radio station 1Live , they translate “ English-language pop classics” into German as so-called “ pop interpreters” . They usually interpret the songs in a completely new way. These are then occasionally part of the 1Live Plan B program in a quiz , where a listener has to guess the original and can win an album of their choice.
