X-Trax is a Dutch acid & techno label.

history

In 1991, Mischa van der Heiden, aka DJ Misjah, was asked by his record company Mid-Town Records if he would run their own sub-label for them. He agreed, and in December 1994 X-Trax was founded. Together with DJ Tim he produced the song Access in 1995 , which was able to place in the English charts. Most of the releases come from DJ Misha himself. Artists like Ferry Corsten (as Exiter ) and Umek also released their records on X-Trax . In December 1999 van der Heiden stopped working for the label and in 2001 founded a new label called ReRun , as well as the DJ agency ReRun Bookings .
