The Esporte Clube XV de Novembro , or simply called XV de Piracicaba to distinguish it from clubs of the same name , is a Brazilian football club from Piracicaba in the state of São Paulo .

The association was founded on November 15, 1913, the twenty-fourth anniversary of the overthrow of the monarchy and the proclamation of the republic, and was named in reminiscence of this day. XV de Piracicaba played three seasons from 1977 to 1979 in the top division of the Brazilian championship . In 2003 the club was eliminated from the national championship with relegation from the third and then lowest division (Série C).

The greatest success so far in the state championship marked the final in 1976, where they were defeated 0: 1 against the SE Palmeiras . In 2016 the club was relegated to the second national league. On the other hand, the victory in the final of the State Cup against Ferroviária (2: 0; 1: 3; 4: 2 i. E.) is the first major title win, which XV de Piracicaba qualifies for the national championship again after thirteen years.

Since 2008 XV de Piracicaba also maintained a women's team, which also appears in since 2011. State Women's Championship was represented. In February 2018, the dissolution of the women's team was announced due to cost reasons, so the club waived its right to start in the Série A2 2018 .
