Xavier Ruiz

Xavier Ruiz (born April 1970 in Geneva ) is a Swiss film producer , film director and film editor .

Career

Ruiz studied from 1992 to 1994 at ESRA ( École Supérieure de Réalisation Audiovisuelle ) in Paris . During the 1990s he produced numerous short films such as Perfect Day and Le Talon d'Achille . In 1997 he worked on the mini-TV series The Toilet Zone . In 2004 he produced his first feature film Neutre . The following year he made his documentary Swiss Made in Hollywood . In 2009 he worked as a director, screenwriter and producer on the film Verso .
