Xialu

Xialu ( Chinese  下 陆 区 , Pinyin Xiàlù Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture-level city of Huangshi in the Chinese province of Hubei . It has an area of ​​68 km² and has around 160,000 inhabitants (end of 2007).

Administrative structure

Originally, the city district consisted of four street districts at the municipal level . These goods:

• Quarter Road Xin Xialu (新下陆街道), Government seat of the district;
• Dongfangshan Street District (东方 山 街道);
• Road quarter Lao Xialu (老下陆街道);
• Road neighborhood Tuanchengshan (团城山街道).

In 2011, the city district government decided to abolish the municipal level and to subordinate the administrative village level directly to the city district. At the same time, the number of administrative units at village level was reduced from 39 to 26. A current list of these 26 communities is not yet available.
