King Xiǎo Xīn ( Chinese  小辛 ) (*? BC; † 1353 BC) ruled as the 20th or 21st king of the Shang dynasty for 21 years (based on the record of the historical work Zhushu Jinian , 3rd Years) over China . He was the younger brother of the previous King Pan Geng . Under his rule, the Shang dynasty fell apart and the people are said to have longed for Pan Geng's reign. During his era, the capital was Yin .
