Xincun (Lingshui)

Xincun ( Chinese  新 村镇 , Pinyin Xīncūn Zhèn ) is a large community in the southeast of the Lingshui Autonomous County of the Li in the southern Chinese province of Hainan . Xincun has an area of ​​60.97 km² and a population of 33,183 (2010 census). The larger community lives primarily from fishing, followed by agriculture and tourism.

Attractions

The nature reserve Nanwan Monkey Island (南湾猴岛 自然保护区) with a large rhesus monkey population is located on the Nanwan Peninsula (南 湾 半岛), which belongs to the administrative area of ​​the large municipality.

Xincun is made up of a community of residents and ten villages. These are:
