The municipality of Xinglongtai ( Chinese  兴隆 台 区 , Pinyin Xīnglóngtái Qū ) is a Chinese municipality in the northeast Chinese province of Liaoning . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Panjin . The city district has an area of ​​194 km² and has a population of around 380,000 (2004). It is the seat of the Panjin City Government.
