Yūichi Abe (composer)

Yūichi Abe ( Japanese 阿 部 勇 一 Abe Yūichi ; * 1968 in Tokorozawa , Saitama Prefecture , Japan ) is a Japanese composer in the field of brass music .

Abe is a member of the Wind Association composers group. In 1994 he won the Asahi Composition Prize for wind orchestra with his March Ramses II .
