Yūji Yaso ( Japanese 八十 祐 治 , Yaso Yūji ; born October 31, 1969 in Osaka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Yaso learned to play soccer on the school team at Ibaraki High School and the university team at Kobe University . He signed his first contract with Gamba Osaka in 1993 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club, he completed three top division games. In 1994 he moved to the second division Vissel Kobe . He then played with Albirex Niigata (1996-1997) and Yokogawa Electric (1998-2000). At the end of 2000 he ended his career as a soccer player.
