Yūshi Ozaki ( Japanese 尾 﨑 勇 史 , Ozaki Yūshi ; born March 24, 1969 in Mie Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Ozaki learned to play soccer on the school team at Yokkaichi Chuo Technical High School . He signed his first contract in 1987 with Yamaha Motors (Júbilo Iwata). The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . With the club he became Japanese champion in 1987/88 . In 1993 he was runner-up with the club in the Japan Football League and rose to the J1 League . With the club he became Japanese champions in 1997 and 1999 . For the club he completed 41 games. In November 2000 he moved to league rivals Avispa Fukuoka . At the end of the 2001 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . For the club, he completed 10 first division games. In 2002 he moved to the first division club Sanfrecce Hiroshima . At the end of the 2002 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League. At the end of 2003 he ended his career as a soccer player.
