Yanjiang ( 雁 江区 , Yànjiāng Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture -level city of Ziyang in the Chinese province of Sichuan . It has an area of ​​1,633 square kilometers and a population of 1,050,000 (2004). It is located in the center of the Sichuan Basin .
